Sweet Breakfast Rice Bowl

1 cup brown rice (cooked)

1/2 medium banana (mashed)

1/4 cup raw pecans

1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients together and warm in microwave for 30 seconds.

  2. Then if desired warmer, heat again, for only 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached.

  3. Enjoy!
